Subject: Bugs in the vocablearning programme

Note : I received this email after I had disabled the custom definition function of the program.

Dear Mr Yip,

Hi, I am a XXXX graduate studying medicine in CUHK. I found that vocablearning is a useful tool to help me remember difficult words effectively. Recently, I cannot enter some words that do not exist in the programme dictionary as it says definition must present. I tried to type in my own explanation but it is not allowed by the system. I hope you can kindly fix it so that I can learn more words, thank you very much.

Subject: About vocablearning

Dear Mr. Paul Yip,

I am xxxx xxx of 1H(2010-xx). I have two questions about vocablearning.

1.My mum ask me to write to you that she want my sister to join the daily exercise and entering words, is it ok?

2.When I do the exercise yesterday and today, there is no sound of the answer and also, when I answer wrong, I still cannot get the answer. I just do the answers correctly afterwards by the name of the images.

This is my two questions and hope you can answer soon.

Subject: Daily exercise

Dear Mr Yip,

My child, xxxx cannot do the daily vocab on last Saturday (6 Nov, 2010) because he cannot connect to internet. It was repaired by PCCW yesterday. It is hope that that day wiil not count. He is endeavour to do the daily exercise. Sometimes he screams when he uses 13-14 minutes to finish it. He hopes he gets grade A as he gets H before. His login ID : xxxxxxxxx

I really appreciate this vocab system you written. My son has this opportunity to use it. Thank you. I feel quite disappointed as you resign the job at xxx xxx because you cannot teach him Chemistry later.

Best regards.
